Homemade Schnapps * 3: polkagris, julkrydda and horseradish
Snapsar x 3 from Pluralist
Snaps 1
1 bottle of brandy.
1 grazing polkagrisar.
Do this:
Mixing the liquor with a bag polkagrisar.
Pour back into the bottle and let stand at least 2 day.
Snaps 2
1 bottle of brandy
2 Each star anise
2 Each orange peel
5 nejlikor
1 MSK COM
Do this:
Add the spices in vodka bottle and let stand about 1 week.
Snaps 3
1 Each bottle of spirits
100 g pepparrot
Do this:
Peel the horseradish.
Pour the brandy into the jar.
Add over Melitta filter without touching the brandy.
Add the peeled horseradish root in the filter.
Close the lid.
Let stand for at least two days.
May need longer depending on the strength of the horseradish.
Julsenap
Sötstark julsenap suitable for really good ham.
- 400 gr slottsenap
- 50 gr brown mustard seeds
- 50 gr yellow mustard seeds
- 300 gr raw sugar
- 2 tablespoons colemans mustard powder
- 5 cl god Cognac
- 1 MSK rapsolja
- Home. some water
- Flavoring ev. with tabasco /habanero sauce
Stir everything in a blender / mixer and run type 45-50 mine.
