Aperol Spritz
Ingredients (1 drink):
9 cl prosecco (moussernade wine)
6 cl Aperol
3 cl sodavatten

A garnish:
An orange clove or thin slices of the shell (zest)
So do you have a Aperol Spritz
1. Fill the glass with ice, Please a traditional wine glass.
2. Pour your bubble, aperol and soda. Rör om försiktigt.
3. Garnish with a slice of orange.

chocolate ice cream
4 portions
1 dl dark cocoa
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup coarsely chopped dark chocolate
1 ml chopped marshmallows.
3 cup cream
2 cups milk
3 yolks
1 ½ cup sugar
How to use
40 minutes
Heat the cream and milk. Allow to cool. Whisk in cocoa powder.
Beat the sugar and egg yolks porous. Pour gräddmjölken and egg mixture into ice cream maker. Drive to a porous glass.
Carefully turn the chopped walnuts, chopped dark chocolate and chopped marshmallows. Freezing in either glass machine or in the freezer
