Shrimp sandwich

Ingredients for 4 people (4 st sandwiches)

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 dl majonnäs
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 krm salt

Do this:

Homegrown Mayonnaise

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 msk dijonsenap
  • 1/2 msk salt
  • 2,5 dl rapeseed oil
  • White pepper
  • Tabasco

Boot Camp 2014

Pondered long and hard but I took a decision …. this year I'll train at least as much as my daughter and at the same time. That's the goal anyway then we will see what reality has to offer.

There was a gym membership at Comet hall where it offers strength training, all hand stair machine, Circuit Training, spinning, circuit training and more.

Feels like a good challenge for 2014 and something to fight for when darkness now taken our country.

Potato Pancake with Pork

Number of servings: 4
Ingredients

800 g (8–10 st) fast potatis
2 cups flour

4 cup whole milk
