Winter Grilling became today

Yesterday grilled me for the first time this year and it was entrecote with baked potato and hemslungad drink on the order of daughter. The meat just became clear before the gas ran out. Bean was the best I have done, I think. I took it very quiet and whipped egg yolks just a wink until it became a thick batter before it was time for the assembly of melted butter. Smarrigt became!

Today when my boyfriend came home it would be grilled again….went to the gas station and invested in new gas and took the opportunity to wash the car at the same time (or after I had acted course).

In the evening there was chicken, salmon and even rib on the grill but this time we drove potato gratin and good salad as an accompaniment to any meat. It was an awfully luxurious weekend with food and then we left on Sunday, then I'll do a little paltsväng at home.

Just time for mello and a little lördagsmys with family.

Only a left jobs day of the year

Saturday and zero degrees out there. Hope the snow does not melt now here in Stockholm. Rather -7 than 0 or plus degrees. Thinking of the ski slope in practice. Do you we should be able to open the lift in days. Anyone struggling with snow canons, Judgment day night…..

Baguettes with soltorkarkade tomatoes got it today in the afternoon

Well, one is lethargic and sick on the poor, on feeling sorry for himself when….Bake sunkan bit in the afternoon. Today we made sandwiches with sundried tomatoes. Really good and crunchy baugetter became today on sourdough me by Carina. I have this evening purchased some new adjustments “bagarmjöl” also so it will probably be a little baking alternately Now. In the morn perhaps it is surdegsfrallor. I think I decided to try it.

Minced beef, Veal loaf and OS

I bought one calf in the fall…a dismembered from the farmer out in Elfvik in Lidingö. Now it “only” a lot of business left in the freezer. Have taken care of 1 kg minced beef and 1 kg veal Today. Mixed in the crowd 0,5 kg calf with 1 kg of beef hamburger, and burgers were. It was 3 awesome burgers for the freezer, just throw on the grill when it pleases. Sitting now and pepper me to go and fry Wallenberg were (good 400 gr veal) and hamburger were (300 gr beef and 300 g calf) Beef burger were, I did Old School, becomes sick good…question MBE and you'll hear. No, Now to the kitchen to perform … again… but I love to cook so I do more than willing.

Fresh bread…

…I would have baked today, but the yeast was over, and no leaven environment, I have left either (ran out of 1,5 years ago). Must set a new “Environment” this August, so I've come to the beautiful autumn baguettes.
It became, on the recommendation of our dear neighbors, Spanga stamina instead.
4 various rolls of 20 dollars seems like a good deal.
Nah have to get adjusted to a bread that is easy to bake. Must work out at the SMB again in Carina, she's cruelest baker and makes the most delicious buns, with vanilla ice cream, that somebody has been baked in the world.

Now the freshly brewed coffee, juice, porridge and freshly baked bread for a bit OS then a nice power walk, which I will try to extend this time to 7 or 8 km.

Bake cinnamon rolls today

No, now I'll try to bake some cinnamon buns…I thought…
It was a while ago. Was inspired by Leila's recept on her blog.
Have driven the dough in the machine in 20 min so that the machine jumps out of joint.
Luckily Mr. Grim was here and helped to fix it.

Soon time to make the buns for the next fermentation before it's time to drive them into the oven. Exciting to see how they get. Will be back with results.
