So are these clear, 4 “fatty” jars with lovely västerås cucumber to autumn cooking.
Add cucumbers in a salt bath overnight.
Boil the water, vinegar and sugar and simmer 10 mine.
In each jar, I dill, response currant leaf, mustard seeds, white peppercorns, båtklyftad white and yellow onions, laurel and a few allspice and of course the cucumbers which are cut lengthwise actually. The law is poured over everything, of course,.
A week in the fridge, then so will they be ready to devour.
