Ingredients
Fisk, tentatively cod
1 Each leeks
1 burk sparris
4-5 st tomater
Herrgårdsost
Wheat flour
Butter
Allspice, Black Pepper, salt
For the sauce:
Save 3 cups broth from cooking fish, cream, butter and flour
White sauce
4 tablespoons butter
2 tbsp plain flour
3 dl Liquid (cream, milk and broth from cooking fish)
Do this:
- Cook the fish in 3-5 minutes in salted water and allspice
- Place fish in greased dish
- Chop the leeks and add the fish
- Chop the asparagus and cut into pieces and put over
- Slice the tomatoes and place over
- Pour white sauce over everything
- Bake in 30.40 min in 200 gr C
- Last 15-20 I sprinkled the cheese over
The sauce do this
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Pour into flour at the same time as you whisk vigorously until well blended
- Mix the liquid “little by little” and continue to whisk constantly to desired thickness
- Season with salt and pepper
