Ingredients:
Pastry:
- 150 gr butter
- 4 dl flour
- 2tablespoons cold water
- 0,5 teaspoon salt
Topping:
- 1 liters of fresh mushrooms
- 2 yellow onions
- 4 eggs
- 1,5 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1,5 dl cheese, riven
- 1 cup chopped chives
- pepper
Do this
- Finely cut the butter into the flour, the salt and add water. Work quickly into a smooth dough.
- Shaping it into a “lump” and leave it in the 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200 grader, Roll out dough to cover the bottom and the edges of the form. Pre-bake at 10-15 minutes.
