Tested to cook pulled pork yesterday / night / morning.
Bought a large piece of pork.
Leave it in a lergryta. Did although of course with an enamel pot.
I poured BBQ sauce and a little red wine over everything (BBQ sauce from the butcher in Viksjö).
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 onion into chunks and a carrot into pieces.
The oven on 80 gr.
Now let it stand in the oven for 12 hours.
Remove the pot in the morning, pull in particular meat with your fingers, salt and pepper little, put the meat in a bowl with BBQ sauce.
Plenty of sourdough bread or a salad juste.
