- 3 eggs
- 2 1 /2 caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 50 g butter
- 1 cups milk
- 3 1 /2 plain flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 nypa salt
- 2 msk kakao

- 1 1 /2 dl cream
- 75 g butter
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 75 g mörk choklad, 70 %
Do this:
Set oven to 175gr.
whisk eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar and white and really puffy.
- Melt the butter and stir in the milk, mixing it with the egg mixture.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt and fold gently into the dough. Pour half of the cake mixture into a greased and floured form. Mix cocoa in the rest of the batter and pour it over the light in the form.
- Pull with a fork or spoon the batter to the cake for a marbled appearance.
- Bake in middle of oven for about 30 minutes. Try using a stick, it should not be sticky.
- Boil while the cream, butter and brown sugar and simmer for a few minutes on medium heat. Drawing from the heat. Chop the chocolate, mix it down and stir until melted.
