Marble cake with Chokladfufge

Ingredients

10 bitar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1 /2 caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cups milk
  • 3 1 /2 plain flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 nypa salt
  • 2 msk kakao
  • butter and breadcrumbs to form

chocolate Fudge

  • 1 1 /2 dl cream
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 dl brown sugar
  • 75 g mörk choklad, 70 %

Do this:

Set oven to 175gr.
whisk eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar and white and really puffy.

  1. Melt the butter and stir in the milk, mixing it with the egg mixture.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and fold gently into the dough. Pour half of the cake mixture into a greased and floured form. Mix cocoa in the rest of the batter and pour it over the light in the form.
  3. Pull with a fork or spoon the batter to the cake for a marbled appearance.
  4. Bake in middle of oven for about 30 minutes. Try using a stick, it should not be sticky.
  5. Boil while the cream, butter and brown sugar and simmer for a few minutes on medium heat. Drawing from the heat. Chop the chocolate, mix it down and stir until melted.
  6. Remove the cake and let cool slightly. Hindrance since it onto a plate or cake stand and pour the fudge. Refrigerate and allow to solidify.
