225 gr chocolate (Waxes manjari to smithereens)
170 gr osaltat Smör
4 eggs
215 gray sugar
Do this:
1. Preheat the oven to 150 grader
2. Melt butter and chocolate 55 grader
3. Beat three fourths of the sugar with the eggs
4. Boil a quarter of the sugar with the 1 tablespoons of water to a syrup.
5. Fold in the chocolate in the syrup and turn it into äggvispen
6. Bake for 78 degrees internal temperature, in water.
