  • 10 gr sardeller
  • 40 gr dijonsenap
  • 3 gr dragon
  • 2 gr timjan
  • 2 gr mejram
  • 2 gr rosmarin
  • 2 yolks
  • 0,1 dl white wine
  • 0,1 dl worcestersås
  • 0,1 dl citronsaft
  • salt and black pepper
