You do:
- 600-800 g pike (or cod)

Frityrsmet:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsk majsstärkelse

- 0,5 lemon, juice

Mayonnaise:
- 3 yolks
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
- lemon, just for a while
- 4-5 dl cooking oil
Remouladsås:
- 120 g mixed pickles
- 4 dl of mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
options remoulade:
- Completed remoulade on tube
- 3-4 dl of mayonnaise
- A chopped tart apple
- A little curry spice taste
- Salt and pepper
Servering:
- French fries, fried
- Green Peas, kokta
- 4 lemon wedges
