Ingredients
milk 6 dl
carbonated water 0.5 dl
eggs 3 st
flour 2.5 dl
salt 0.5 tsk
Doing so is
1 Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
2 Add 3 cup of milk and whisk together until smooth.
3 Whisk in the remaining milk and eggs into the batter.
4 Let the batter swell for about 30 minutes.
5 Add carbonated water just before you fry the pancakes to get an extra fluffy batter.
6 Heat a frying pan and cook the pancakes in butter until they get a golden color on both sides.
7 Serve the pancakes with fresh berries!
