Thai fish stew with shrimp.

Time: 40 minutes

You do:
3 lemongrass
1 msk oil
3 tablespoons red thai curry
2 cans coconut milk
2 Rhoda chilifrukter (finely chopped)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoons finely grated ginger
1 kryddmått chiliflakes
1 lime, grated zest and juice
1 tablespoons chopped coriander
salt
1 kg koljafilé
1/2 kg prawns in shell

Do this:
Banka citrongräset with the shaft of the knife (to release flavors).
Heat a pan and pour in the oil and the red curry paste and fry a little while.
Pour in the coconut milk and add the lemon grass.
Låt koka upp.
Add all the spices, rivet lime peel och lime juice. Taste, add possibly a little salt if needed.
Peel the prawns and cut the fish into cubes. Add the fish and cook with in a few minutes. Retrieve lemon grass.
Add to the end of the prawns and garnish with finely chopped coriander.
If you want more power, you can also top with chiliflakes.
Serve with jasmine rice.
