Black currant roast

  • 1 st rosbiff

Nadan coke and 3-5 minutes

  • 1 dl soy Japanese
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 5-6 juniper
  • 5-6 black peppercorns
  • 2 pc meat bouillon cubes
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 dl blackcurrant juice

Put roast beef in part of the cooked stock and let it simmer for approx 1 hour.

Sila skyn

  • 5 tbsp plain flour
  • 3-5 cup cream

The meat should remain in the sky 30 minutes. Take it out and cut it up and serve with sauce and potatoes.
