Summer Rolls

On the evening before:
Ingredients:
1/4 packet and St.
5 cup cold water
5 dl rye flour
7 dl flour special
1 teaspoon salt
1 msk oil
1 tablespoons sugar

Roared out the yeast in cold water. Add all the flour, salt, oil and sugar.
Stir everything until mixed. The dough will be quite sticky. Cover with towel and place in the fridge.

In the morning:
The oven on 225 gr C.
Turn out the dough careful on a breadboard well floured.
Share in 20 bits with a spatula.
Process the dough as little as possible.
Put the pieces on a baking sheet in a print and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes.
