Ingredients
2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter
6 Each apples of solid and sour varieties, wedges and sliced
1 tsp cardamom, encountered
4 Each almond flakes
3 cup heavy cream
1 dl riven mandelmassa
2 tbsp almond biscuits, broken
Do this
- Start by melting sugar in a frying pan, then add the butter and sauté apples in this.
- Stir gently now and then.
- When the apples had a nice browned, then add the prop cardamom and almond chips and stir.
- Then remove the apples from the stove.
- Whip the cream quite loosely and fold grated almond paste in the cream.
- Add up the two rörorna in bowls and top with crushed almond biscuits.
