Cardamom Apples with almond cream

Ingredients

2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter
6 Each apples of solid and sour varieties, wedges and sliced
1 tsp cardamom, encountered
4 Each almond flakes
3 cup heavy cream
1 dl riven mandelmassa
2 tbsp almond biscuits, broken

Do this

  1. Start by melting sugar in a frying pan, then add the butter and sauté apples in this.
  2. Stir gently now and then.
  3. When the apples had a nice browned, then add the prop cardamom and almond chips and stir.
  4. Then remove the apples from the stove.
  5. Whip the cream quite loosely and fold grated almond paste in the cream.
  6. Add up the two rörorna in bowls and top with crushed almond biscuits.
