- 6 DL WATER, 1 DL 24% VINEGAR, 2 MSK PLAIN SALT.
ON incorporation
- 5 DL SUGAR
- 40 CRUSHED WHITE PEPPER GRAINS
- 40 BROKEN ALLSPICE KORN
- 2 ST BIG YELLOW ONIONS
- 2 ST BIG RED ONIONS
- 1-.2 MSK CITRONPEPPAR
- 2 Crumbled BAY LEAF
- 1 LARGE bundle of DILL
Do this:
- LET THE HERRING LYING IN LAW FIRST LAW OF THE NIGHT OF COOL PLACE.
- THEN SHALL THE RINNAS OF. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HARD OF CONSISTENCY AND LITTLE WHITE OF vinegar.
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TO herring pickling CALM AND THEN THE HERRING AND inlay IN A HIGH GLASS JAR.
- LET STAND FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOU EAT IT.
OBS ! NO LIQUIDS TO BE ADDED IN….IT WILL ALL OF SUGAR….
