Brantevik Herring

INGREDIENT

  • 1 KG (URSALTADE) HERRING FILLET THAT MUST BE IN LAW OF THE NIGHT

LAG:

  • 6 DL WATER, 1 DL 24% VINEGAR, 2 MSK PLAIN SALT.

ON incorporation

  • 5 DL SUGAR
  • 40 CRUSHED WHITE PEPPER GRAINS
  • 40 BROKEN ALLSPICE KORN
  • 2 ST BIG YELLOW ONIONS
  • 2 ST BIG RED ONIONS
  • 1-.2 MSK CITRONPEPPAR
  • 2 Crumbled BAY LEAF
  • 1 LARGE bundle of DILL

Do this:

  1. LET THE HERRING LYING IN LAW FIRST LAW OF THE NIGHT OF COOL PLACE.
  2. THEN SHALL THE RINNAS OF. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HARD OF CONSISTENCY AND LITTLE WHITE OF vinegar.
  3. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TO herring pickling CALM AND THEN THE HERRING AND inlay IN A HIGH GLASS JAR.
  4. LET STAND FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOU EAT IT.

OBS ! NO LIQUIDS TO BE ADDED IN….IT WILL ALL OF SUGAR….
