Appetizer with shrimp in dill pesto sauce with avocado pieces

INGREDIENT

  • 1 kg prawns in shell
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 Kruka basilica
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 dl riven parmesan
  • salt
  • 2 Each avocados

Do this:

  1. Peel the prawns and set them cold
  2. Toast the pine nuts in a dry non-stick pan. Do not burn!
  3. Add chopped dill and basil in a mortar, shock and rub it a lot
  4. Place the pulp in a blender along with pine nuts
  5. Peel and crush the garlic in the mortar, add to blender
  6. Wash the lemon thoroughly and grate one tablespoon cest and place in blender
  7. Add the Parmesan cheese in the blender
  8. Drizzle in oil and mix pesto, season with salt
  9. Peel the avocado and cut into chunks
  10. Drizzle with lemon juice
  11. Mix pesto and shrimp and then avocado chunks.
  12. Serve with good bread
