Ingredients

  • 3 – 5 kg sawn calf bone (call and order to the local butcher, typ Percys i Sollentuna, The butcher in Viksjö, is also available Östermalmshallen). Also works well with oxtail.

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 grader.
