Ingredients
- 3 – 5 kg sawn calf bone (call and order to the local butcher, typ Percys i Sollentuna, The butcher in Viksjö, is also available Östermalmshallen). Also works well with oxtail.
- 2 st morötter

- 2 dl tomatpuré

Do this
- Preheat the oven to 225 grader.
- Add the veal bones in a roasting pan and insert them when the oven is hot.
