Ingredients
- 5 of water – (to tortillas)
- 1 tablespoons olive oil – (to tortillas)
- 1 Each organic egg – (to tortillas)
- 2.5 cup cornmeal – (to tortillas)
- 1 cups flour – (to tortillas)
- salt – (to tortillas)
- 2 st tomater – chopped (to salsa)
- 2 tbsp coriander – chopped (to salsa)
- 1 tablespoons shallots – chopped (to salsa)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil – (to salsa)
- salt – (to salsa)
- pepper – (to salsa)
- chili – (to salsa)
- 400 g ground beef
- cumin – (to mince)
- garlic – (to mince)
- salt – (to mince)
- pepper – (to mince)
- paprika – (to mince)
- cayenne pepper – (to mince)
Do this:
Tortillas
Mix water and olive oil with salt. Add flour and eggs.
Mix to a batter. It should be as thin as a pancake. Fry the pancakes in a pan with oil.
Salsa
Stir the ingredients together and season with chili.
Minced meat
Fry the mince and season to taste with cumin, salt, garlic, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Serve tortilla with salsa and ground beef.
