Cream Sauce…Old School

INGREDIENT:

  • 1 MSK BUTTER
  • 1 Tablespoons flour
  • 4 DL Butter (3 DL MILK, 1 DL CREAM)
  • 2 DL jelly OR game gravy
  • 2 Msk KONC. KALVFOND
  • 1 Msk Kikkoman Soy
  • 1/2 MSK VINBÄRSGELÉ
  • SALT AND PEPPER

WHAT TO DO:

Heat GRÄDDMJÖLKEN.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk in the flour.

Dilute with GRÄDDMJÖLKEN before the mixture TAR COLOR.

Whisk until a smooth sauce and jelly WITH FURTHER DILUTION AND VEAL FOND.

Flavored with soy, JELLY SALT AND PEPPER.

Simmer on low heat 10 MINUTES IN BEATING.

TAKE IN MORE JELLY IF YOU LIKE THE ACCENT.
