2 bags grated mature cheese (the 150 gr)
ev sour cream to dip into.
Preheat the oven to 200 gr
Place small mounds of cheese, as 1 tbsp, with ample space between the bakpapperklädda ink.
Bake in oven about 6-8 minutes. Allow to cool.
Serve as a snack and for such a good asparagus and potato soup or dip directly into sour cream.
